Maximizing Returns to the Organization:
• Retain existing contracts by surpassing the needs and expectations of our investors and JV partner.
• Grow our investment levels and revenue by a minimum of 35%.
• Explore diversification opportunities building on extensive asset base of the company.
• Reduce supply chain wastages through efficient procurement and management of subcontractors and vendors.
• Improve on preventive and planned maintenance to forestall equipment downtimes and associated expenses related to repairs and replacements.

Employee Performance:
• Increase productivity through training, proper deployment, promotion, remuneration and discipline of staff.
• Enhance medical support and health education to ensure the physical and mental wellbeing of employees.
