Mr Eenu Kinako demonstrated history and skilled in maintenance consulting and best practices, system overhauling and maintenance turn-around of heavy duty oil and gas production machainery, business strategy and innovation and leadership maintenance.
Headed Shell Eastern Operation Maintenance Integrated worshop, the de-facto heart of machainery maintenance of Shell Eastern Operation, comprising mechinanical, electrical, instrumentation and control workshop in Shell Industrial Area, Port Harcourt, from 2004-2008.

. Responsibilities include to mobilize human and material resources, plan assign and supervise daily schedules of all section of the workshop.
. Monitor the competency of manpower assigned to task for successful equipment srip-down and supervised the rebuilding and testing process to original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specification.
. Assigned field commissioning team to follow-up, installed and hook-up in the field, test-run and hand over to assets owners.
. Coach fresh intake engineer to the company for competence development and conduct assessment and forward result to deparmental heads.
Maintenance daily human and highlighted in maintenance job routine (MJR) and permit to work (PTW) system are strictly adhered to for safety and timely completion and close out all completed activites in SAP system.
. Drive daily maintenance and production planning meetings and liaise with operation team leader for open-up of flow stations and gas plants in strict compliance with company's safety, health and enviromental regulations.
